William Billowitch serves as Chief Operating Officer for City Center Group’s Commercial Asset Management business, overseeing $500 million in assets and more than 60 employees. Specifically, Billowitch manages the financial performance of the company’s commercial assets, including office, retail and restaurant space, two hotels, a music hall and parking facilities. Additionally, he supervises property management, information technology, facilities management and security.

Billowitch joined City Center Group (CCG) in 2014 and previously held the roles of Corporate Controller and Controller for various CCG companies, including Landmark Communities and City Center Investment Corporation. Prior to that he was a Senior Accountant at Buckno Lisicky & Company for 12 years.

Billowitch is a member of the St. Joseph the Worker School Board and was previously Treasurer of the school’s Catholic Youth Organization. He is also active in the Celtic Cultural Alliance, having served as President and Treasurer. Billowitch earned a degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting from Duquesne University.
