William Billowitch serves as Chief Financial Officer for City Center Group, overseeing $500 million in assets. Specifically, he manages the financial performance of the company’s property management assets, including office, residential, retail, and restaurant space, two hotels, a music hall, and parking facilities.

Billowitch joined City Center Group (CCG) in 2014 and previously held the roles of Corporate Controller and Controller for various CCG companies, including Landmark Communities and City Center Investment Corporation.

Prior to that, he was a Senior Accountant at Buckno Lisicky & Company for 12 years.

Billowitch is a member of the St. Joseph the Worker School Board and was previously Treasurer of the school’s Catholic Youth Organization. He was also active in the Celtic Cultural Alliance, serving as President and Treasurer. Billowitch earned a degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting from Duquesne University.
