JB Reilly

PRESIDENT

J.B. Reilly is the President of City Center Group (CCG). Reilly has approximately four decades of experience in land development, commercial and residential real estate development, property management, financial management, and law.

His career includes the successful development of a diverse span real estate assets, including apartment complexes, lifestyle communities, single-family homes, office towers, hotels, and historic renovations.

Mr. Reilly spent the early part of his career successfully completing several land development projects for residential homebuilders. In 1989, Reilly completed his first luxury suburban multi-family property, Brookfield Apartments, which laid the groundwork for the Landmark Development business as it exists today. This work also led to his co-founding of Traditions of America in 1997, an award-winning homebuilder of 55+ communities, which has gone on to develop over 6,000 single-family homes in the Mid-Atlantic region.

Since those initial projects through today, Reilly has been the driving force behind a collection of businesses, together known as City Center Group, that has developed, owned, and managed ~3,000 multi-family apartments, over 1.3 million square feet of Class A office space, and a multitude of other real estate assets and acquisitions.

Reilly serves as Vice Chair of the Board of Directors of CrossAmerica Partners (NYSE: CAPL), a leading U.S. distributor of branded petroleum for motor vehicles, and Chairman of the Board of Directors of M-SPEX, LLC, an engineering and manufacturing firm specializing in military solutions. He served as Chairman of the Board of Trustees of Lehigh Valley Health Network from 2009 to 2011 and was a Trustee from 2002 to 2011. He has been a member of the Board of Trustees of Lafayette College since 2008 and was a Trustee of DeSales University from 2002 to 2011. Reilly has been active in and honored by various business, economic development and charitable organizations in Allentown and the Lehigh Valley for more than 30 years.

Reilly earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics from Lafayette College and received his Juris Doctor Degree from Fordham University’s School of Law. He is a Certified Public Accountant and has been a member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association since 1987.
