Jim Rosa
DIRECTOR OF FACILITIES
Jim Rosa serves as Director of Facilities for City Center Group. Joining City Center Group in 2018, Rosa oversees Class A operations for all commercial and mixed-use properties.
As director of facilities, Rosa works to ensure City Center’s buildings are operating at their maximum efficiency every day and manages onsite staff of 7 FTEs. His responsibilities include directing the highest level of service from the engineering team for all tenant and building needs by overseeing maintenance of all electrical, mechanical and plumbing systems to guarantee exceptional customer service and peak building performance. He has achieved and maintained Energy Star status of all 4 commercial office buildings for as long as they have been eligible with the first, Two City Center, in 2015. In 2024, Rosa received IFMA Lehigh Valley Facility Manager of the Year award for outstanding service and support to Allentown’s revitalization effort.
He is a seasoned maintenance and project manager with more than 25 years of experience successfully developing and managing all aspects of facility operations. Jim joined City Center from Normandy Real Estate Partners, where for nearly four years he managed all maintenance and operations for 1.8 million square feet of Class A space on a 15-building campus, including overseeing a $32 million budget. Prior to that, Jim held several maintenance and operations management roles for Pfizer’s New Jersey sites, including office, lab and aviation hangar space, through Synectic’s Consulting, Jones Lang LaSalle and Johnston Controls.
