Josh Taykowski serves as Investment Officer for Landmark Development. Joining City Center Group in 2023, Taykowski helps to oversee the identification, evaluation, and execution of real estate development opportunities and ensure activities are aligned with the company’s strategic goals. He also manages relationships with capital partners and stakeholders to facilitate the efficient capitalization of investments. Taykowski also leads Landmark Development’s acquisition capabilities. 

Prior to joining the company, Josh spent 4 years at Credit Suisse Asset Management, where he served as a Vice President in CSAM’s liquid credit platform, which managed $60B assets under management. While there, Taykowski was responsible for underwriting new credit investments across the U.S. Leveraged Finance market. Prior to Credit Suisse Asset Management, Josh spent five years working in Bank of America Merrill Lynch’s Leveraged Finance Investment Banking Group, ultimately serving as an Associate. Josh has also held roles at General Electric’s Energy division, performing various corporate finance activities for the company. He is also a member of the board of directors of M-SPEX, LLC, an engineering and manufacturing firm specializing in military solutions, serving as finance committee chair.  He graduated from Michigan State University in 2012.
