Robert DiLorenzo serves as Director of Planning & Construction for City Center Group. Since joining the company in 2015, DiLorenzo has led the planning, coordination, and execution of City Center’s most ambitious development projects, overseeing initiatives from land development through post-construction occupancy. He manages the company’s in-house development team and provides strategic direction to design professionals, construction partners and stakeholders. His leadership ensures alignment with the project vision and the delivery of high-quality, strategically positioned assets.

Over his tenure, DiLorenzo has delivered more than 1.2 million square feet of Class A office space, over 1,500 multifamily units, and a range of retail, restaurant, and hospitality assets. He currently manages the development of 530 residential units in Downtown Allentown and Easton, Pennsylvania, and is overseeing the planning and entitlement of a 200-acre mixed-use master-planned community with more than 1,000 future residential units. He takes a proactive approach to project feasibility, establishing clear financial frameworks early and tracking performance throughout the project to ensure strong outcomes.

DiLorenzo brings more than a decade of experience across a broad range of asset classes, including residential, office, mixed-use, and hospitality. Recognized for his ability to navigate complex development challenges, he combines strategic vision with hands-on execution to drive projects that contribute meaningfully to community revitalization.

A graduate of Temple University, DiLorenzo holds a bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management and Planning. He also serves on the board of directors of the Allentown Symphony Association.
