Tara Anthony serves as Director of New-to-Market for Landmark Residential Asset Management, where she oversees marketing, revenue management, and the launch of all new residential communities across the company’s portfolio. In this role, Anthony leads the strategy and execution of lease-ups, manages portfolio-wide marketing efforts, and plays a critical role in new development projects from pre-construction through stabilization.

Prior to her current role, Anthony served as Director of Operations for City Center Residential, where she oversaw day-to-day operations for the downtown Allentown portfolio. She worked closely with Landmark Development executives as the lead on portfolio budgets, contract negotiations, and operational planning for both existing communities and new developments. Anthony joined the company in 2014 quickly rising through the ranks due to her leadership, strategic mindset, and deep understanding of urban residential markets.

Before transitioning into the real estate industry, Anthony worked as a paralegal for Lehigh County, supporting the legal team with case preparation, legal research, and document management.

Anthony continues to work closely with Landmark Development executives on new developments where she plays a key role in design, construction coordination, and operational planning.

In recognition of her professional achievements and community involvement, Anthony was named to Lehigh Valley Business’ Forty Under 40 list in 2021 and the publication’s Women of Influence list in 2022. She also serves as the Chapter Champion for Commercial Real Estate Women (CREW) Lehigh Valley and sits on the Pennsylvania Apartment Association’s Lehigh Valley Regional Advisory Committee.

Anthony earned her Associate of Arts degree in Criminal Justice and Political Science from Lehigh Carbon Community College.
