Zack Sienicki serves as Chief Operating Officer of Landmark Residential Asset Management. Since joining City Center Group in 2018, he has overseen the strategic and day-to-day operations of more than 2,300 multifamily units across the Lehigh Valley, including communities in Downtown Allentown, Easton, Macungie, Emmaus, and Bethlehem. In his role, Mr. Sienicki leads operations, leasing, long-term capital planning, and financial reporting for the company’s growing residential portfolio.

He brings more than 17 years of experience in the real estate industry, having held leadership roles in both operations and finance. Prior to Landmark, he served at Korman Communities, a national real estate development and operating company with multifamily, hospitality, and commercial assets. Mr. Sienicki began his career in public accounting, specializing in real estate clients. He is a Certified Public Accountant and a 2007 graduate of The Pennsylvania State University.
