Real Estate Development
One of the firm’s oldest capabilities dating back to 1989, Landmark Development provides comprehensive development services that guide projects from vision to completion across greenfield, urban infill, and adaptive reuse applications. The team specializes in site selection, feasibility analysis, design coordination, permitting, and construction management for residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments. With a deep understanding of market trends and historical track record of success, the team delivers projects that are financially sound, on-schedule, and high-quality to create lasting value for investors and stakeholders. Total completed development includes ~3,000 multi-family apartments, over 1.3 million square feet of commercial office space, parking assets with over 2,500 spaces (owned or controlled), a 300+ room hotel portfolio, a 2,000+ capacity state-of-the-art concert venue, and over 100,000 square feet of various retail and restaurant space.
Land Development
With experience dating back to 1995, Landmark Development offers deep expertise in zoning, permitting, and infrastructure development to transform land into thriving, strategically planned communities. CCG, via its subsidiary Landmark Development, works closely with municipalities, engineers, and environmental experts to ensure sustainable and compliant growth. Landmark Development is currently executing on ~200 acres of active land development projects.
Homebuilding
Landmark Development traces its homebuilding capabilities back to CCG President, J.B. Reilly, who co-founded Traditions of America in 1997, served as a Managing Director until 2011, and continues to be an investor in its projects. Winner of the 2022 National 55+ Builder of the Year, Traditions of America has become one of the region’s leading developers of active adult homes across Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and Delaware, with over 6,000 homes sold to-date. Landmark Development carries this experience forward with over 750 for-sale homes in active planning.

Services include budgeting, rent collection, expense tracking, detailed financial reporting, capital planning, and forecasting to support informed decision-making for its investors, in the process maximizing returns and maintaining fiscal health across the portfolio.

City Center Group’s residential management business, Landmark Management, excels at delivering seamless leasing and tenant services that support both multi-family community residents and its property owners and investors. From initial lease-up of a new development to ongoing lease turnovers of stabilized properties, Landmark Management handles everything from marketing and tenant screening to lease execution and renewals with efficiency and care. The Landmark Management team is committed to building strong relationships with residential tenants through responsive communication and consistent support throughout the resident experience. The Landmark Management team manages a portfolio of approximately 2,300 stabilized apartments which are nearly 100% leased.
